Refund Policy

At Marketing Soul, we pride ourselves on delivering high-quality digital marketing and web services tailored to the specific needs of our clients. Prior to making any purchase, we strongly encourage clients to thoroughly review our service offerings, terms, and conditions.

No Refunds Policy

Once a service or product has been purchased from Marketing Soul, all sales are final, and no refunds will be issued, except as required by law. This policy covers the following services:

  • Digital marketing strategies
  • Website design and development
  • SEO optimization services
  • Social media management
  • Pay-per-click (PPC) advertising
  • Marketing automation and consulting services

Upon purchasing these services, clients agree to the terms of service, including this no-refund policy.

Non-Refundable Services

Due to the nature of our work, Marketing Soul’s digital marketing and consulting services require immediate engagement from our team. As such, all fees associated with these services are non-refundable, given the resources, time, and effort allocated from the point of purchase.

This policy applies even if clients decide to discontinue or not use the service after it has begun.

Refund Exception for Hosting Services

We understand that hosting needs can change, and for that reason, we offer a refund policy exclusively for Hosting Services under the following conditions:

  • Clients may request a refund for Hosting Services within 30 days of the purchase date.
  • Any refunds issued for Hosting Services will be subject to the deduction of applicable taxes, processing fees, and a $30 service charge.
  • The refund will not apply to any hosting services beyond the initial 30-day period.
  • After the 30-day window has passed, Hosting Services will be non-refundable for the remainder of the term.

Subscriptions & Ongoing Services

For all subscription-based or ongoing services, such as SEO plans or social media management, no refunds will be provided for unused portions of the subscription term. Clients may cancel subscriptions at any time, and the cancellation will apply to future billing cycles only—no refunds will be issued for past or current cycles.

Exceptions to the No Refunds Policy

Marketing Soul may evaluate service issues on a case-by-case basis where services have not been delivered according to the agreed-upon contract or where technical errors have occurred. In such cases, Marketing Soul may, at its sole discretion:

  • Offer service credits toward future services.
  • Re-perform the service in question at no extra charge.

This resolution does not guarantee a refund. Clients must submit written disputes within 14 days of the service date.

Changes to Services

Should clients request changes to any services after work has commenced, additional fees may apply. Marketing Soul will not issue refunds for services already rendered or partially rendered, regardless of change requests.

Clients are responsible for carefully reviewing all drafts and deliverables before granting final approval. Marketing Soul is not liable for additional costs incurred due to client-requested changes after approval.

Force Majeure

Marketing Soul is not liable for delays or interruptions caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, or technical failures from third-party providers. In such cases, no refunds will be issued, and project timelines may be adjusted accordingly.

Chargebacks and Disputes

Chargebacks and payment disputes are strongly discouraged. If a chargeback is initiated without prior communication, Marketing Soul reserves the right to:

  • Terminate all ongoing services immediately.
  • Pursue legal remedies to recover costs associated with the dispute.

We recommend contacting our support team to resolve any issues directly.

Texas Consumer Protection Laws

Marketing Soul adheres to the Texas Deceptive Trade Practices Act (DTPA) and conducts business with full transparency. Clients are provided with clear service descriptions, pricing, and terms. By purchasing our services, clients agree to this Refund Policy, governed by Texas state law.
